What happens next?
- Your application form/CV will be submitted to the recruitment team.
- Following submission of your application form/CV you will be contacted by a member of the Care team for an informal chat. Following this conversation, if we feel that you are someone who could become a member of your team you will be invited to attend interview at a date and time that is convenient with you.
- Attendance at interview. As part of this process you will be required to bring along certificates, ID (picture ID) so we can check your right to work in the UK.
- Following a successful interview we will make a verbal offer, ASAP after the interview has taken place. The verbal offer will then be followed up in writing with a formal written offer and new joiner pack.
- The Onboarding team will then contact you regarding the DBS check, references, bank details and Occupational Health.
- Prior to start date, your line manager and the Onboarding team will keep in touch to confirm your start date.
