We are dedicated to ensuring great health and wellbeing for all our employees.

We have a dedicated Health and Wellbeing team within Corserv Care who are there to support staff and signpost to a range of resources and advice. The company has access to a 24 hour 7 days a week anonymous counselling helpline as well as a number of Mental Health First Aiders.

Here are some of our Wellbeing initiatives:

  • Access to designated Health & Wellbeing Champions
  • Group walks on days off to get to know colleagues
  • Beach picnic
  • Xmas dinner and events in each working location – East, Central, West
  • Monthly newsletter – which contains initiatives in relation to Wellbeing e.g. hydrating, skincare
  • Access to Mental Health First Aiders
  • Designated staff member from the Wellbeing team who is able to provide support for staff members
